Yes! Someone 21 or older needs to sign for the delivery. UPS will make up to three delivery attempts, after which your package will be held at a local UPS for 5 business days for pickup. After 5 days, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees plus reshipping costs.

Yes! At checkout, you can choose to have your package held at a UPS Customer Center or UPS Store for pickup. This is often the most convenient option if you're not sure you'll be home during delivery hours.

Vinoshipper manages returns and refunds. Please email them at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order #, images of the damage, and list of items damaged. Please also CC us (sup@itspizzawine.com) so we can make sure you get taken care of!

Throw it in the fridge so you always have a cold one handy! For storing larger quantities, a cool, dry place is perfectly fine. Wine doesn’t “expire,” but Pizza Wine is best drank two years from the canning date stamped on the bottom on the can.

There are a ton of hoops we have to jump through to ship alcohol. If your order is returned to us because you missed all delivery attempts or used an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs plus reshipping fees if you want it sent again. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone 21+ will be available to sign.
